Cove Road, Langs Beach

Metalhartt completed the roofing and rainwater goods package for this residential project at Cove Road, Langs Beach.

Working directly with the client, Metalhartt managed the roofing scope across the main house and sleepout, including site access, scaffolding, rainwater goods, and installation of the main roof.

The main house roof was completed using 0.55 gauge Trimrib Maxam in Sandstone Grey, paired with 125 box gutters in Maxam Colorsteel and white PVC downpipes. Powder coated internal brackets were also used as part of the gutter detailing, helping keep the finished result clean and well considered.

With the home located in a coastal setting, the project called for a practical roofing and rainwater system suited to the environment, while maintaining a simple, tidy finish across both the main house and secondary structure.
