Cowes Bay Road, Waiheke

Metalhartt worked alongside TC Construction on the roofing package for this residential project at Cowes Bay Road, Waiheke Island.

The scope included a new roof, welded and powder coated cricket flashings, fabricated chimney flue flashings, and cap flashings to the balcony area. Each detail was completed to suit the home’s design and the exposed coastal environment.

The roof was installed using Eurostyle Spanlok VP 0.55 455 Nominal Pan in Maxx, giving the home a clean long-run profile with the durability required for Waiheke conditions.

Delivered across several stages, the project required close coordination with the builder as works continued through the winter months. Metalhartt managed the roofing and flashing details around the wider build programme, ensuring each stage was completed with care and aligned with the progress on site.
