Onetangi Road, Waiheke
Metalhartt worked with Envoy Construction on the commercial roofing and cladding package for The Heke at 64 Onetangi Road, Waiheke Island.
The scope included the new roof, wall cladding, saddle flashings, rainwater goods, copper detailing, and 125 and 175 box gutters. Eurostyle Spanlok 0.55 Gauge 455 Nominal Pan in MagnaFlow was used across the roof and wall areas, with 1.6mm aluminium saddle flashings finished in powder coat.
As an island-based commercial project, the job called for careful coordination around crew movement, transport, and travel logistics to and from Waiheke. Seasonal changes added another layer to the planning, but the team managed this within the wider programme and kept the works moving as required.
The finished result brings together roofing, wall cladding, flashings, and rainwater systems in one clean commercial package, delivered with the planning and workmanship needed for a site of this nature.
