This architectural project included roofing, detailed flashing works, and full rainwater goods installation.

Custom aluminium chimney and saddle flashings were fabricated and installed to suit the roof design, with TPO sections completed in coordination with Sub Zero Waterproofing to ensure watertight integration between membrane and metal roofing.

The home features Eurostyle Spanlok VP 0.55 in Maxam, delivering a clean architectural finish across the roof planes.
