Oliver St (Award Winner)

This architectural build combined roofing and cladding in a fully integrated Eurostyle Epic 525 system, using 0.55 Maxx in FlaxPod.

Key features included a centrally positioned rooftop terrace, precision-formed internal gutters, curved cut-outs, and mitred junctions across critical intersections. Continuous roof, barge, and soffit lines were completed with no visible fixings, and the bay window was custom integrated into the standing seam system.

This project was awarded Residential Roof of the Year at the 2025 RANZ Awards, a result that reflects the attention to detail and quality delivered by the Metalhartt team.
