Devonport Retirement Village

Metalhartt completed a large-scale re-roofing programme at Devonport Retirement Village, replacing the roofs across multiple villas throughout the site.

The project began in July 2022 and involved reroofing 13 villas, with each unit receiving new Trimrib 0.55 760mm Maxam roofing in Sandstone Grey. As part of the works, the team also installed upgraded insulation and new skylights across the villas.

The final stage of the project included reroofing Units 10 and 12, marking the completion of a long-term programme delivered by the Metalhartt team.
