Lovegrove Crescent, Otara

Undertaking the re-roofing of a commercial property in Otara posed one of the more demanding challenges for Metalhartt. The previous roofing consisted of aging clip deck roofing directly secured into heavy steel. To address this, we successfully replaced the roof with 0.55 Gauge zincalume sheets, opting for the commercial profile Maxispan. The striking transformation is evident in the before-and-after images, showcasing the significant improvement achieved by this project.
