Friend and Whau Cafe, Mount Eden

Metalhartt, in partnership with Ventia and Auckland Council, recently completed the renovation of the cafe on Mount Eden, Friend and Whau. The heritage building, governed by Auckland Council's regulations, posed challenges in working with existing flashings. The installation of internal welded aluminum gutters required precision, leaving no room for error. Metalhartt also arranged a chemical treatment and wash for the concrete tile roof, revitalising the area.
