    Corrugate remains an ageless icon and as a cost competitive trend setting roofing and cladding material continues to gain in popularity. Corrugate provides a stylish alternative to today’s building designers and home owners alike, allowing creative flair and individuality during the design process. Product flexibility coupled with a small amount of imagination will ensure a distinct point of difference to other homes and buildings in the vicinity. Corrugate is available in both standard and wide cover widths although the extra wide cover 995mm Corrugate is subject to minimum order quantity.   • WIDE CORRUGATE
    Roofing Industries is the only roofing manufacturer in New Zealand who supplies an extra wide corrugate sheeting, and at almost 1 metre coverage offers cost savings due to reduced lap fasteners and faster installation. Visual "lap lines" are also reduced and the opportunity for water leakage reduced. Whilst wide corrugate is more expensive than standard corrugate, it is surprisingly cost competitive. As with standard corrugate, the profile is a trend setting roofing and cladding material which continues to gain in popularity. At 995mm sheet coverage, wide corrugate certainly offers a stylish alternative to today’s building designers and home owners alike. Note: Wide Corrugate is subject to minimum quantity order.     Designed to stimulate the imagination of building designers and customers, the revolutionary new True Oak® Corrugate is strikingly different to current shallow corrugated profiles. It’s a return to a rounder, fuller, deeper and more shapely corrugated roofing, based on the original 19th Century Walker’s Gospel Oak profiles and is suitable for any roofline. Strikingly different from traditional shallow corrugated profiles, True Oak® adds style and charm to any roof. The distinctive shadowlines and deeper curves transform the performance of corrugated roofing.     Utilising the very latest in rollforming technology, Trimrib® is manufactured as either Trimrib® (S) single swage, Trimrib (TS) Twin swage and Trimrib® (V) which incorporates two “V” swages between the ribs. Each profile is aesthetically pleasing, having been designed with modern building style in mind, and creates contrasts of light and shade in straight lines. Trimrib® enables rapid water shedding from the roof with a low minimum pitch requirement of 3 degrees, and when coupled with or without one of the pre-painted surface finishes, Trimrib® ensures the completed project provides purpose and visual appeal.     Whilst aesthetics and overall appearance remain a powerful motivating factor during selection of roof type, of equal importance is the ability of the roofing product to prevent water leakage through the lapping edge, particularly on lower pitched roofs. Ribline® 800’s unique capillary lapping edge enhances performance and offers additional security against water ingress. With 800mm sheet coverage, Ribline® 800 offers the consumer, less laps, reduction in the number of fasteners, quicker installation and ultimately.... reduced costs.     Whilst aesthetics and overall appearance remain a powerful motivating factor during selection of roof type, of equal importance is the ability of the roofing product to prevent water leakage through the lapping edge, particularly on lower pitched roofs. Ribline®960 is a wider version of Ribline® 800 and is also manufactured with a unique capillary lapping edge enhancing performance and offering additional security against water ingress.
